Teaching at New Horizons

The teaching team at New Horizons is drawn from the clergy and lay members of St Mary’s and further afield. The year is split into terms, following a different theme for each series of services.

Rev Peter Chantry loves worshipping and working at St Mary’s with all the opportunities to meet so many people from Nantwich and beyond. The New Horizons service is a great chance to worship and learn more about God’s love.

In his spare time he can be found running around the streets and canal towpaths, training for his next full or half marathon!

Rev Tim Robinson is coming to the end of his second year as Curate at St. Mary’s. He is delighted that the church is at the heart of the community, with plenty of opportunity to witness for Christ to those who have not yet found him!

In his spare time he loves walking and playing golf with his wife Norma. He also enjoys listening to music and plays the trombone.

Rev Helen Chantry is the vicar of St James’ in Audlem, just south of Nantwich.

Paul North is a Christian Schools Worker in Chester. He has a desire to see young people meeting God for themselves.

In his spare time Paul loves to play hockey, golf and run as well as watching all the sport he can get away with.

Richard Cozens was ordained as a minister in The Salvation Army.

Working as an administrator in a local nursing home, Richard is a life-long Arsenal supporter, enjoys watching Fawlty Towers and listening to The Ramones.

Richard sports a beard simply because he is too lazy to shave!
